I was just attempting to do it with no luck. All my attempts has failed. According to my tests vin code is written inside microcontroller chip, not inside eprom chip.

I checked on the web, for me it looks there is no replacement cable to purchase.

@@Bigbosss124 for one headset I used two peace's of regular thin wire. For another headset I was lucky that damage was at the end, I shortened wire and was able to solder it back.

Unfortunately I no longer have this pcb, but could suggest couple options: 1. Do not add C1 at all, as you saw on video it was missing on my board and it worked just fine. This is only filter cap. 2. Add random capacity same size capacitor. 3. Cut tracks from near capacitor on your board and measure it with capacitance tester.

No, I don't think it is waterproof.

Just found old drawing. It might be with mistakes mototomas.lt/harley-davidson-sportster-led-indicators/ But basically PCB is marked with L, H, B+, N, O, R, you can test by applying +12v to B+ and then connect minus to one of board contacts L, H, N, O, R

Board wasn't glued or something. I just pushed wires from back and helped board to move out with small screwdriver.

If I remember correctly inside on the pcb board + wire is marked with B+, other wires which goes from Leds apply - to turn them on.

did you pull it firmly?

pulled it, that was difficult. I used a tool to flip it from th down and that was easy. Also better because if you pull, you put force on the engine. tnx!

When tested via wires I used 12 volts. When tested separate LEDs I used low voltage just to check if they work or not ~1.8v., was afraid to burn them.

I do not know exact model, I desoldered used led from some old printer board. Possible LED smd package 3216

I was able to replace wire from buttons till headphones, but not able to replace whole wire inside the loop from left speaker to the right. Seems it is glued inside.

How to buy new wire?

Sorry there is no part 4. I have failed to make it virgin. What i have discovered that old vin number comes from microcontroller, not from eprom chip.

U have used EEPROM not correct... U use sst26f032b not 25 or 26VF

What if I had an unpaired fuelpak that's canbus 6 pin and I had an older paired one that's four pin, I figured if I replace the eprom, the security chip, and the Bluetooth chip(just in case it's their app locking it to the vene as well based on Mac address) Do you think it can possibly work? I mainly have a free unlicensed newer style fuel pack that I want to put on my '03 Road King and I have an older locked one That works with the Road King but is linked to another bike

Nope did not found a replacement, I think it would be best to find person who could mill it from metal, aluminium at least.

Hi, basically you just need to remove black foam and then remove 3 screws.

Hi, I did not find to buy it, I have draw it and printed with 3D printer. But printed part is also soft so metal shaft would be much better

Shaft might be screwed and not allowing detach accesorie.
