Hi, just an ordinary trainspotter in Cincinnati, OH.
A lot of trains running in 2 hours with a Heritage Unit!
Part 2 of railfanning in Glendale on Labor Day! A NS mixed manifest, a short NS mixed manifest with a SD70ACe end DPU, 26C with a “Whiteface” unit trailing 3rd, CSX U423 from Lima to Cincinnati (Please do not say anything about the title text here, that is my mistake and I cannot fix that), a CSX 2 engine train, and 1070 Wabash leading 28C!

Another video on the Toledo Sub Line! Today I got an autorack train rolling through Troy to get to Louisville (Osborn Yard), I141 going track speed and a short manifest being led by a SD70AC in Tipp City!

The 4001 DC to AC Conversion Blue leads NS 171 to Chattanooga in Sharon Yard, an NS intermodal and a CSX intermodal with a horn show in the no-horn zone. Then a NS grain train and a zooming CSX autorack train wasting no time. Evening railfanning in Glendale with a pretty busy day!

@ChuggaChuggaWuWu I don't railfan csx that much, and I don't think ns has many, if any.
True. I live near the NS Dayton District Line so wherever a Heritage Unit go through there I try not to miss it
@ChuggaChuggaWuWu yea me too. I go to Fairborn, and I see most of the heritage units on there.
@WildRide125 NS doesn't have any They used to havr SD70Ms but those are gone now with many mroe others As of now ive got 33 CSX SD70ACs, flat and flared, including 4568
so you went where i live huh

Happy to see 4004 Featured, I got it’s twin 4005 leading with a WFRX Mac last year. Greetings from Tennessee.
@@AlikStansberry Surprisingly, I’ve caught the 4005 in Hamilton, OH! In fact, I finished all DC to AC units after the 4003. Good luck catching these special units in Tennessee! Chattanooga has DeButts Yard so there could be Heritage Units sitting there!
@ChuggaChuggaWuWu Well done on getting all the Sonicbonnets! So far the only HUs I’ve seen are NS 1067 (Reading Lines) & 1066 (New York Central).
I need 1066, 8101, 8103, 8104, & 8105 to complete all 20 NS Heritage Units. Hope you can catch them all soon!

The sheer luck having flatcars right when 4003 comes is crazy
Railroads do partnerships. They have agreements to keep power units of theirs on interchange freight. If it's hot freight they keep it going. Many times coming out of the Bay Area with the SP I would go to Roseville CA and a crew would jump on, and we would jump off as a train moved through the yard going east. That same train coming west many times would have Union Pacific engines still attached.

It’s okay man. You’ll get one someday. U just have to railfan more and maybe the chances of getting a shave and a haircut is higher

Yeah. CN just calls their engines differently than the US! They’re the same engines!
