For most of the people on this planet the notes are do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-si and you begin with Do (C), so no C string in guitar standard tuning.

I purchased the paper copy of your book.... but the only song you have, Oh Susanna , should be in Mono-spaced font.... so the A and E chords do not line up with the words.

Im still going thru the ringer with progressing using just open chords. Yet I am confident that if i stick with Den it will all work out.

I just watched this video again to refresh myself.. One question I have is.. I know with F, Your index finger is barring All 6 strings.. But I noticed on some of the other chords.It's hard to notice What strings you're barring when you're not doing all 6. I know that with C And A.. Open chords ,you don't play the 6th string. Or with D you don't play 5 and 6. So is that where your bar ends..🤔 And with the E, bar, are you just letting the open E Ring🤷‍♂️ Hopefully my question doesn't confuse you..🤪😵‍💫

Dude, you start out by NOT playing the additional open outside strings - Low E, A, high E which adds to the confusion.

If you can play a C using a C, why do you want to use an F to play a C ? Or every other chord in history to play a C when a C plays a C perfectly.
