I just came back from this hotel and it was a bad experience for us. The food is bad, if you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner be prepared to wait in the sun by a pool for a table because there isn´t enough tables for all guests. The smell of sewer it´s strong in some areas of the hotel and thera are no smart tv´s, you only have 4 to 5 channels to chose from. On this video at 8:31 it shows tables at the lobby and guests eating dinner, well that didn´t happen last week. We were forced to wait from 15 to 30 min. for tables to be available so we can eat. Also the food at the buffet shown on this video looked good, but last week the food at the buffet was gross and disgusting. I was there 5 days last week and during the 5 days they served the same food every day at both restaurants, I´m not kidding, I was told that the menu at the restaurant changes once a week. The beach is the only thing worth seeing in this hotel.
