Also, remember that the hair sheds every day so some of what you see may be breakage.

Use keratin hair treatments like hair masks and conditioners. It will help with the hair breakage. Regular trims as well to get rid of the damaged hair too. I destroyed my hair with box hair dyes and heating tools. Using keratin products and regular trims saved it xx
