Pointless! No info.. pendejos
Learned nothing
Ummm what did it dyno at 🤷🏼♂️ lol
All that and no numbers given, Booo!
Was macht der Da?
Mr dick jones the only bandit maybe outrunning this bike ,is the 1200cc version, maybe, bandits with less CC,s ain't touching this bike.
My Bandit makes A LOT MORE TORQUE. And will smoke that SV. FYI, that is NOT a TL motor. The SV is configured way different that a TL. Further more I doubt very seriously it will run 170. Maybe indicated on JC Whitney speedo but not actual.
No it doesn't. Even the 1200 Bandit only makes about 67ft-lb against the SV's 75ft-lb. Then factor in the SV's weight of 189KG vs the Bandits 214KG...oh and let't not forget the SV's peak power of 118bhp vs the Bandits 100. So,, in essence, yer fulla shit. Unless of course you've been an absolute weapon and put a turbo on your Bandit.
YOU BETTER CHECK AGAIN 155HP AND 97FT LBS IS NOT HARD AT ALL CHECK OUT DALE WALKER'S SITE WWW.HOLESHOTPERFORMANCE AND SEE btw, SUZUKI WAS FUDGING THE HP STATS TO KEEP INSURANCE COSTS LOW, RIGHT OFF THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR WITHOUT EVEN BEING BROKEN IN THEY MAKE 111- 109 @ THE WHEEL. MY BANDIT WEIGHS 471LBS WITH A HALF A TANK OF GAS. BUT I PUT IT ON A DIET
Ross Thibaudeau We both know you've not done that to your bike
I have a full Yosh system on mine, a 5 degree iggy advancer, some jetted bst 36's which is the stock size.( 32.5 pilots, my own needles, and 135 mains) A drop in factory 1991 gsxr 750 intake cam. And a Cometic head gasket on it that added about .7 :1 increase to the compression ratio. Im running a 14 tooth front and a 45 rear. (its a 520 conversion w/ titanium sprockets) That kit alone took 3.2 pounds out of the drive train. I can run 5th gear right up past 10,000 rpm and have a super speeder ticket to confirm it will run 172mph flat out.
So what we've learned here is that we have a typical keyboard warrior, massive opinions with quite literally fuck all to back it up with. I could make a 1.2 litre mini cooper put out 600bhp...if I spent vast amounts of money on it....etc. Yawn.
actually it is TLR motor, they made the top end smaller giving it more torque and hp low to mid range, good power iii commander,k&n filter, change the sprocket, good cans on it she will 170mph,but hang on for dear life, that torque is sikk. I love this bike.
You know jack shit.
Wrong!
the torque on these things are tremendous, will whoop yo ass stop light to light.
Numbers?
just cant figure out the point to this really boring and shit video.shows nothing...Yawn
what the frick is the guy on the bike doing, esp the first half of the video??? never ever seen anyone do it like that. Think he needs more training
dyno dude is fking noob
Mines fast enough, who cares about hp, if you like what you ride then great, if you don't like someone els's stfu,
thats is crank hp dude 116+ 10 % he has 129 hp +- crank
Merrrherrrr. My 2005 SV1000SZ got 127.5 bhp, 99 torque, 173 mph. Few mods Power Commander, Yoshi race cans, Pipercross air filter and snorkel removed.
Adrian Bradley you are a muppet lad. 127bhp aye st the spark plugs
dont remove the snorkel but shorten it and smooth it out. the hard lip of the snorkel will hurt airflow
173mph will be an actual 150mph there known for being miles out on the speedo at high speed
this exhaust is amazing ! I love it !
Sounds amazing !
All I see is a few powerwheelies. What has that to do with top end power.
Why? for street riding this would be perfect, no useless top end power, low end grunt and a nice sound..
@peterJanousek Its a DAM exhaust. website: damexhaust
@peterJanousek It is a DAM exhaust custom made for the sv1000s
@sdpbear it is my brothers bike i thought its a 2004 with116 HP
Anybody knows what exhaust is on this bike?
