Well made movie, exposing DDA's utter neglect. DDA has been notorious for corruption and inefficiency for decades. This video shows as an example a related important cause for the above - Lack of accountability. A similar example was Janakpuri District Centre which remained a big ghost of a place for decades before DDA woke up ( do not know how) and made it operational. It soon developed into a thriving commercial centre.

The government initiates projects to benefit themselves and then abandons them. This same scenario occurs throughout the country. You pointed out the correct issue, sir. There are options for income sources for the government, but they seem uninterested.😅

Absolutely right ji. You have rightly shown that many government agencies are wasting public hard money like this. Someone's should be answerable for this type of situations.

A similar DDA market complex in sector 23 DWK is lying in dilapidated condition for last 20 years. This are norms of civic agency and not exception wasting tax payers money for their own benefits and hopefully this will continue in our lifetime also without much change for better.

Such things are all over the city. Govt agencies have turned a blind eye as hefty amount is being paid to their officers as bribe.

आपने सही मुद्दा दर्शाया,आपके उपाय सजेशन भी आते तो बहुत अच्छा होता,मेरा एक प्रश्न अथोरिटी से सम्बंधित,कार या किसी वहिकल पर मोबाइल का प्रयोग वर्जित है,चालान कटता है लेकिन पैदल चलने वाले अगर सड़क पर बात करते चलते हैं तो उनका चालान क्यों नहीं कटता,ज्यातर एक्सीडेंट किसी और को बचाने के चक्कर में होते हैं, अतः पैदल चलने वालों पर भी सड़क पर चलने के नियम बनने चाहिए,आपका प्रयास सराहनीय है
