The aircraft's CVR revealed that the pilots had become aware that ice was accumulating and that there was a failure in the de-icing system. Analysis of the FDR also showed that the aircraft's de-icing system turned on and off several times.

VoePass is not a great company as many aircrafts have defects like L. Gear, no air conditioning and others. So in my theory there was no ice on wings and for sure it was out the defects 2283 had.

For people who were blaming the ATC, note that it wasnt atc's mistake. Because 1) he had to do the shift all by himself withoout any aid 2) the rraffic in the air was insanely heavy and he had to keep an eye on it 3) one of the iarlines was reporting frequently to peter Nielsen and he was trying the best to avoid thr conflict between the crash. 4) the systems in the tower was poorly maintained at that time as a result the system was at high pings. 5) the atc was horrified and traumatised after the crash and never came back to workplace.

its because of miscalculation not because of the atc

It wasn't the ATC guys fault at the airport they were fixing the atc tower screens so he couldn't see what was going on and they were also fixing the radio's so he had to use a old model that could only talk to one plane at a time and he had to make sure four seperate planes were safe, so I feel bad for the guy he was even horrified of what had just happened. But one of the father's of the one of kids on board of the bash plane (the blue plane) killed him I think two years later.
