The name Vulcan is not just the name of one of the V bombers, it's also the name of the Roman god of building. I mainly build aircraft and AFV, but I might be open to building ships. I try to post a video once every week or two. I hope you enjoy.

Putting together this model myself, and hat's off to your patience and attention to detail!
You get none of the shading from the black primer if youre going to just lather it in paint
I very much enjoyed watching the building of the B-36 Peacemaker. Excellent. Keep them coming. I shared your video with others, including full scale classic car club friends. 👍🏻 airplanes ✈️ 👍🏻🙏🏻✝️🇺🇸

Amazing skill! What brush do you use? I paint DnD mini figures and im looking for better brushes for facial details.
Honestly, I use tamiya fine and extra fine brushes but here I used a cheap 5/0 pointed brush from my hobby shop. I also recommend using a wet pallet if possible. It’s keeps paints fresh and also keeps them a good consistency. Just make sure basics are good. Good paint, good skill. A 50 dollar squirrel hair brush will be the same in the hand of a pro as in the hand of a novice. Most importantly have fun with it.

Wish Roden had gotten the scale more exact as with the nacelles and spinners, not to mention the guns. This seems unnecessary in the current world of computer measuring and design.
I agree. I swear that this kit is not of this era. Yes there is good, crisp detail, however it is overshadowed by lack of detail elsewhere and fit issues

What kind of glue do you use to put it together after painting?
I used either tamiya extra thin or the orange cap tamiya. Depends on how small the parts were. Also there were many parts that I just friction fitted and they were set.
@@vulcan-scalemodeling did you do it after clear coats? And did you have any paint running I’ve had difficulty gluing pieces I’ve already painted but use Mr cement s I might have to try the tamiya glue
I didn’t actually clear anything but the body. I also made sure to clear the contact points of paint and use minimal glue. It was also done with consideration of the area around and not to get any glue on the painted areas
