I'm a novice cycler who uses a Brompton A Line bike to get to work and do some leisure rides around town. This channel is to document these rides and the biking infrastructure in the Rio Grande Valley. Key to this focus is to discuss accessibility to novice riders and safety of the built environment.

I was doing some recon on my Brompton on a trail that I want to take my mountain bike on. Not the best use case for a Brompton but it was lots of fun!

A short ride around a canal in West Edinburg, TX on the Brompton A Line. This bike isn't a good gravel bike, but it gets the job done. There was a very strong head wind today for most of this ride. Filmed 11/17/24 at dusk.

It’s a bit sketchy in parts, but I generally feel safe and have fun!
BTW, I went to MMA in Harlingen in the 80s.
