“What do you want to be when you grow up?” is a question we have all been asked at some point. Yet many of those in the working world probably didn’t know that our current jobs - or current employers - even existed. Our aim is for local businesses to show young people that their dream job might just be one they haven’t heard of yet!

For young people who are still trying to decide what their future career pathway holds, we want to ensure that informed decisions are being made. This gives businesses the chance to raise awareness of what they do, for young people to hear directly from employers about what it’s like to work in different industries, resulting in young people being better prepared for the world of work.
