    Thanks for this video& great explanation on multiwash. Do you use a generator? Is Mytee durable?

      thanks for the feedback, the mytee machine is good, i do flood damage and didn't realize the pump out wasn't sufficient that's about the only drawback. I don't use a generator YET, but once i upgrade my truck, I plan on buying one.

    Question. Why did you choose the Powr Flite Mutliwash 14 CRB over more commonly used CRB's? I'm asking out of curiosity and trying learn something, not judging. Would you make the same decision?

    • @firstroundfacilitysolution3837

      I am a full service cleaning company/restoration company. If I buy a piece of equipment, I always ask how it can make me money in different avenues. The multiwash is a CRB. It's heavier, and can be more difficult to maneuver at times, but it's CHEAPER and does MORE IMO. Like I can (and have) loaded a neutral wood floor and cleaner and cleaned Laminate wood flooring and hardwood 🤷🏽‍♂️ this Saturday I have a carpet encap job AND a section of tile and grout treatment. Well im going to prespray the tile and grout, switch to the stiff brushes and do both jobs, (basically) with 1 machine. Do the carpet first, then on the way out the door, same machine, scrub the grout lines

      @@firstroundfacilitysolution3837 im a crb guy been using them since the late 90s and have 4 of them...mainly use for for commercial jobs and some residential....luckily for me never paid full retail price exept my 1st 14 inch one but have your same mindset "what machine can I make more $$ with" and definitely the multiwash is the winner in that aspect. I saw in other video you commenting that u are probably gonna buy a 10 inch for vlm...I would say not to unless it's on sale lol...to me its not worth the price...just buy a 14inch one

      @@greenrhinoproject my brother worked as a director of maintenance in high high rise offices. That's what they used to clean carpets, they couldn't Overly wet carpets, and they basically cleaned them every week. Its not for heavy soil carpet, or pet soil, or IMO even high shag type carpet, but depending on the chemistry, after 1 pass you will look like "holy crap".... I pre spray, and then spot with a high ph, then agitate the spots with a drill scrubber... I then STILL put some diluted encap solution in the multiwash tank...by the time I'm don't doing that, I have a hard time pulling out that HWE

    • @jonmike316

      @@greenrhinoproject why not though? Thought there is a recovery tank which pick up the encap soil? The rest would be extracted by routine vacuum?

      @joefamiliar7510 Год назад

      @@jonmike316 yeah, as long as the carpets are maintenance soil level dirty, encap alone is good. its just trusting the science is hard for the older cleaners. i have HWE too, but Im a commercial cleaner so I clean carpets for those accounts. They never get REALLY dirty.

    im just starting out. i got the vortex and bought a mytee heater but cancelled and bout a little giant heater, hot as hell. how is that electric heater holding up? do you ever run out of heat?

    • @firstroundfacilitysolution3837
      @firstroundfacilitysolution3837 4 года назад

      It runs just fine for me. I need the truck space because I'm a commercial cleaner and water restoration company as well. I don't even run the hose reel on my truck. Dehumidifiers and Fans take up a lot of space. Once I get a second truck I will get the little giant and designate one truck cleaning, and one restoration. I let the heater prime for a WHILE so not really. I turn it on, then pre spray, the CRB, after all that time, it's nice and hot

    You have great cleaning equipment and content. Just gotta aim the camera better so we can see exactly what you're agitating and during dry soil removal. Nothing like actually seeing things get clean.

      I have a few restoration insurance checks coming in, I may grab a 10 inch CRB, just because it's lighter, but encap work, it's not even close. I use bonnet pro, omegazyme and put it in the tank spot treat, and just go over the carpet and it's DONE!
