2024 goals: make literally anything look as cool as you make everything look. My favorite go-to recipe is not a recipe at all…I make eggs and throw in leftovers from my fridge and see what I come up with and it’s almost always amazing. Enchilada scramble? Delish. Pork chop omelette? 10/10. Eggs over easy on top of leftover sweet potatoes and spinach? Chef’s kiss.
I'm... unsure about making a fridge scramble with what is currently in my fridge LOL
