USING MY SUPER ACTION 80 FOR THE FIRST PUBLIC GIG K

this is using my 82 Z alto . Ive switched to a selmer super action 80 cant wait to record. K

trying to get that breathy Glen frey vibe and keep pitch K

If you ever figure out how to back that tension off to make the horn feel like an 82Z, please let me know. I think that Yamaha went with longer needle springs to make the action feel more like a vintage Selmer than what Selmer was willing to do at this time. On the other hand, the SA80 will always "feel" less fluid, but if that action is honed in, it'll never fail ya! These are great horns, and you sound killer on this one!
