Bubble Waffle Sundae (Hong Kong Style Egg Puff)

Recipe:
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
5 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp custard powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Dash of vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Mix 2 eggs and sugar until light yellow
2. Add milk
3. Sift flour in and tapioca flour
4. Custard powder and baking powder
5. Add unsalted butter
6. Refrigerate for 20 minute
7. Stir
8. Oil your maker
9. Put the batter in the maker and let it sit for 5 seconds, then flip it and let it cook until the light turns green
NOTE: If you want you Egg Puff to be more crispy, let it sit for longer!

thats not a Cruffin , there's no laminated butter . thats a brioche style bun
