Well that's a sad observation!! Myself and many teenagers grew up here, and think its the best place on earth. I guess we are all entitled to our own opinion.

That’s crap! Our boys grew up in Gove and one stayed on the other has come back “home”. They had a great childhood as they were adventurous kids and now they are bringing their kids up here. It is so sad you didn’t take advantage of all the place has to offer.

Gee still remember Eastwoody and the partys back in the 1980`s Carpark ` Dirt road ` plus still remember fishing off EastWoody island and a big croc came out of no where just swimming.
For someone who is used to seeing their crocodilians in swamps, this is pretty mind blowing. I never really had an image of a croc in the sea until now.

Nice video. I am currently doing a university project on remote schools and have chosen Nhulunbuy as my main area of focus. I was wondering if you had any images from street level of the school and the buildings surround it? Or any further info of the school at all?

Oksana Yoga It's an eagle. Eagles and hawks can look very much alike. There are some distinctive characteristics that help to distinguish them. One is the feathered legs that indicate an eagle; the legs on this bird are in deed feathered.
