Great job dude that's impressive. 2 years ago at my lowest I was 178lbs, 6' feet. I got depressed and let myself go and now I'm back up to 208lbs, it really sucks. This vid gave me inspiration though. I cut out candy only drink water and go biking 8 miles every other day. I'm only on like my 9th ride this year but going to keep it going for sure

Only 69 but still riding.. Of course mountain biking is new to me until about a year ago .. But have ridden road bikes for many years.. sometimes you like to get off those paved roads and out of the traffic..

Riding a bike is a great way to lose weight or just plain get in shape. I'm 65 and ride all the time around Mesa Arizona. I suggest to anyone thinking about riding a bike to just do it, you wont be sorry.

You wanna know what's even more sad? THE GOD DAMN KIDS RIDE WITH THEIR SADDLES ALL THE WAY DOWN!!!!

in the uk it unheard of to drive a car to school we dont even have school buses cycling and walking are the best way to perk up and get to school

I love hearing the support in the second race you shot. Course looks very hot, dry and rocky.

You must have been hauling butt all over that course to get good shots of them as you sound a tad out of breath. Good job capturing good footage of the race. It's never easy being a supportive parent out in the actual race course. Everyone did an awesome job!!!!
