I ran the simple movie maker function in Visual Jockey and popped out this lil thing. I took the images from local artist Luke Chueh. And yes I know the video is too fast. Even I can't watch it for too long :p That's the thing about Visual Jockey. It's great live I think and on the fly. But the avi exporter is just too complicated to deal with...which is to say, that I'm lazy. It's a little too...

I was in Tower Records many years and they were playing this song ! The lady behind the counter was dancing to this song and I asked her if this on the album! She said it was on the b-side of a 45 ,so I bought it Great Thompson Twins song !

Heard this song on "Shortwave - KCRW" back in '98-99 (i think...haha..ganja). Along with other Grantby and Lamb tracks.
I still mentally associate Ruby and Lamb (also with Baxter - do you know them? If not, I recommend Baxter - Television and that entire album. It's self-titled so harder to find than the song I listed)

Actually this is the ONLY Thompson Twins song I love . . . unfortunately it's one of the songs NOT available in iTunes . . . figures . . .
Thanks for posting. I've been looking for this for so long that I started to wonder if this song really existed or if I just dreamed that I heard it back in the 80's.

i got this gem on a 1988 12" silver re-release of 'in the name of love'.
In the couple weeks or so they filmed this movie, it rained the entire time. At some parts, especially for this scene, apparently the audio had to be completely redone because the rain interfered.
It's sped up too slightly to notice visually but enough to notice audibly.
...damn i like it! Its awesome! The clip is ...real! :)
OMG, me2! Had been hearing them alot thorugh out the early 2000's. One time while I was driving around San Dimas. KSPC was giving out tix to the Kaito/Walkmen show. I stopped my car in the middle of traffic, ran across the street to the nearest payphone. And I won!
