Its not bad judging lol its thier opinion and its subjective. You commented on another post saying its objective which makes me think you dont understand what this means. Objective is like in football they score one goal so they have one point, or in trapeze im sure if they fall off there is a set amount of points deducted (despite other judging criteria in that sport likely being somewhat subjective). And if it wasnt subjective then we have no need for 3 or 5 judges, one refferee would be fine. Subjective is very common in music some people like Beyonce more than Eminem but there is no way to score which is "better". So listen, you can give constructive critisism (and please search up that term) or you can give your opinion. But to state like its a matter of fact that its bad judging really shows your age. Likewise ill say it plainly, your view that judges should be "actif" in the scene is just stupid. I bet you were really pissed when I was chosen to judge you in the French champs as i wasnt "actif" in the scene even though im very aware keep up with all the trends and videos and literally its my full time job but the truth is all the judges NUE select, world champs select and many other competitions not even just in the beatbox scene were selected for more reason than being "actif". They have real experience and not just on battling because this isnt all that matters, kids thinking battles are the only thing beatboxers can do is a major limitation to the scenes views. Judges can be selected when not "actif" becaise they have more years experience seeing beatbox than you have even been beatboxing (or even longer than you have been alive sometimes). They may be selected because its thier full time job and passion and thier expertise in the field goes way further than your un-educated comments ever could. They have been involved at the highest levels in competiting/organising/judging and have seen way more than you. Just because someone cant do a poh snare doesnt mean they cant judge it better than you ever can. Also very important to a judge panel is non-bias, and i would never ever get you at this stage to judge anything because you dont have any of these things ive mentioned, you are just "actif". You will grow up one day, I realise your just a kid so its fine and I have confidence your French brothers many of which are very educated about this will help guide you in this and I really genuinly hope so because you will be huge in the battling scene because your great, but with power comes responsibility and in your current stste being a role model will only make the scene more toxic so I hope your brothers and sisters can help you mature nicely so you can be a positive role model to the many many younger kids looking up to you (which will be waaaaay more impact than I can ever have as its not my focus, I lile real life). However ill tell you this. Dont come to NUE24 you wouldnt enjoy it. Most the judges if not all but 1 we are going to announce have ridicolous experience and expertise which us and our local community value but you probably wouldnt agree or understand it because some arnt "actif". So until you mature a little bit, go and be "actif" elsewhere. We will welcome you like a brother when you start acting like a family member. Esh
