I'd watch out for anything that has a 14th gen intel cpu. I have a g16 strix that has a i9-14900HX and have been experiencing a LOT of instability with the machine. You're going to get a lot of errors and occasional BSOD until ASUS comes out with a bios update that helps correct the instability. Also, there should be ZERO reason for any end user to go into the BIOS and manually tweak the settings to work around Architectural flaw that is caused by Intel's incompetence.

There is no such thing as a watch 6 pro!! They never produced one.

Maybe its also important to compare a bit more important things like battery life, gps accuracy or compability to accessories like heart rate bands. As a runner I will always take the Garmin since its so much better for that. The Apple watch is probably good at what it does too and for its accessories. It all depends on what you use it for.

Everywhere I checked Garmin 7X pro it 10 atm rated.
