And I noticed that she speculates that he has autism or whatever, but it does not sound like there ever was a clinical diagnosis. In fairness, it is also quite possible that his main social and mental issues are the direct result of Mommy Dearest. Send him off to a mental health assessment as a condition of bond or probation. The problem here is that the court has to be somewhat accommodating out of caution in order to preserve his rights and avoid any future action being sent back down on appeal.

The Judge in this case is miss informed. Autism has vary degrees. To have someone with that Disability, who does NOT have someone to advate for them without training in this Disability. Is a farce. Autism has many tiers of Severity. Some can speak and understand perfectly. Some can NOT. Some do NOT understand, even when asked if they do. Asked if they can hire one, state yes, then asked of they can afford one and say NO. CLEARLY stating that he does not UNDERSTAND. He can not speak for himself. I Have 3 wonderfull Autistic Nephews, 1 is 26 years old can not speak, sever ticks, 2nd is 23 mild case, speaks but can not focus on subject matter for more then 5 mins. 3rd is 15 years old sever case. Can not speak or even wipe himself. At least a Compensey hearing should have been done. As far as the previous cases. This young man without a A compency hearing agreed to whatever. I'm 61, and have two sever disc injuries in my lower spine. I use a cane, and was shown by a doctor how tall the cane should be. 'With your arms hanging down... the handle of the cane should meet the crease where your top of your hand and arm meet' Her cane looks Way too tall...and I would think that if she used it all the time like that, she would find her wrist hurting from the weird angle and she wouldn't get a lot of downward pressure on the cane to have much measured control over it as she walked, due to her elbow being bent at such an angle. Her arm should be more straight. To me, she doesn't look like someone who has had to use a cane through out a day, day after day. Her wrist and elbow would probably hurt, and she wouldn't feel stable. I could be wrong there, but I've also seen other people using canes, and I can't recall anyone having their elbow bent that much because their cane was too tall.

Completed highways usually get added full service lanes and turnoff ramps to enhance safety. 5. New safer traffic patterns are designed for every exit on highways with lead up's to these safer exits spaning 3 miles. In Baltimore we have a Beltway (695) so vast there are crews working on it constantly because by the time the newest thing is fixed the oldest things have worn out or are obsolete. Highways don't just magically maintain themselves. You can't just build highways in the US then say ok you're built now, I'm done with you, then spend the rest of time at Travis Park or the HEB!

I almost missed how that drunk driver had two separate hearings. The first one she was sentenced to 5 days for violating because she drove to court with a .05 and the judge was so nice to not take her into custody immediately so she could come up with arrangements to care for her child. The NEXT DAY she came to court with a .078 (I think, judge says .78). How dumb do you have to be? She has 90 days to think about it now. I'm sure she'll be back in court, probably won't take long after she gets released.
