Allez vite never had Lambo V12s. The only Apache I've seen that was Lambo powered was just a white hull with no name on it. Allez vite also had big blocks.
This boat is now located in Lake St Clair. I was fortunate to see it perform a flyby last year when we were drifting out front of Mac Rays Marina. Im not sure what is being used for power but it sure sounded like nothing else i've heard and was every bit impressed. My favorite boat and "this" upload is my favorite offshore racing clip of all time.
pretty damn good for flying through water that rough but not great for a race boat driver. Can hear the rev limiter on exit and entry a few times. Can't ever hear that happen on clips with bob saccenti and kramer piloting theirs
The Cat running next to #78 looks like it rides better in the rough but, that V-Hull Apache is tearing it up running away with it. I'm assuming it's twin powered...The drives must be pretty close together almost looks as if it's a single engine wake behind it. Some great boat handling there in that kind of water! One Hell of a Team!!! Just noticed the date...1990. It's still impressive!
back when offshore was offshore.....none of the bs onshore stuff.....pussified for fans and cats
Now
That boat is frigging. Awesome. I wanna ride.
Throttle man working it
Cats just pack too much air! ......
I believe Doug Lewis may've throttled one of the Apache's
It's fun to see how that V-bottom handles the rough seas. Just saying
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
my father drove the same apache in cannes in france
Damn the sound
Why don't they ever show the end of these races it would be good to see the Apache running away with the win 🏆
Gettin it!
🤤🤤🤤🤤
I think back then it was running Lambo v12 can anyone confirm?

love watching that 41 just dance on the water.
Allez Vite is a work off art on the water, this video(boat) never gets old. It's got the lines, paint, sound and speed that says APACHE.
I know one Apache 41 that would eat that up. 😎
some nice throttle work
right after the cat at 025 they were just killin it...very nice
Love all that!
