Texas Southern Relays 2010, ran out of his shoes after the first 150 meters starting his race. Excellent hart to still finish stay on pace but understood his it was hard with torn epidermal skin from running in the sock, still came in 2nd place.... outstanding effort!!

First 400m of the year,

4 X 200m relay and Cameron in anchor leg.

The 1st. 100 meters ever ran by Cameron indoors or outdoors. Goal: Help him to understand the key phase in running his initial 100 meters for any event is control out of the blocks.... this move can promote relaxation which is the to maintaining rhythm as he increase his stride cadence in the 400 meters (His Specialty Event).

First year running indoors and 1st. 200 meters indoors or out. Key are of emphasis was to work on cadence and feet placement in drive phase.
