I recently purchased some clothing from UPTOWNIE based on your recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. The quality of the items I received didn’t meet my expectations, so I followed their return process to initiate a return. However, despite doing everything on my end, I’ve been left with no communication or updates regarding my return or refund. I feel like I'm being harassed by their lack of professionalism and accountability. Given your association with the brand, I strongly urge you to reconsider promoting such companies that seem to scam their customers. It’s frustrating to see influencers supporting brands that don’t live up to the trust you’ve built with your audience.
