I dont no why but i alwways loved this episode

I love these books so much i listen from time to time and alot in the winter my heart aches when the town in the other book were they almost starved but my favorite is when laura is older and just begging to meet almonzo even though they had jard tomes they were a family and they got threw it and were able to go on to live perductive lives wish in 2024 people could be more family and there was more love like this

Affter they grew up Royal had a peddlers cart that sold all kinds of things. Do you think he got the idea from the tin peddler?

Wonderful, I love listing

Still listening to these for company. I admit, I got audiobooks of many of these, to listen to at night because they didn't have ads. Plus downloading an audiobook means I don't need Internet when I'm visiting family. Even though readers have nice voices, they just don't have your gift for making the listener feel like they were really there. During the day, when I'm working on hobbies or working around my apartment, I still prefer your stories. They are more company than the audiobook versions.

Wow, been listening to these a long time. I know that Little House is a fictionalized version of her life not 100% actuality. But still, I wonder about all the semesters passing though that area.Lora worked for somebody who had a sewing machine just to make men's shirts. There was another older woman, too. Then Laura's friend Mary is the daughter of a tailor that is settled there. Most women knew how to make clothes, out of necessity. I don't think more than one semester/tailor would be needed and Mary Power's father seems to be established in De Smet.
