How is this difficult to play? Its essentially just The Four Horsemen, an easy song, played faster.

Gotta disagree on this one. I think the fast downpicked songs are much harder than the alternate picked ones. Dyers Eve is so much faster but it's so much easier on my wrist than Master of Puppets.

Only thing that makes this song a tiny bit boring is the refrain. Still no way this could be considered a filler. My personal least good song on AJFA would be Shortest Straw.
