On December 7th I had the privilege of crewing my brother Lowell as he completed his first ultra marathon, the Freight Train 50k in Farmville Virginia! This video is a quick overview of the experience just so we can look back on it later. :) The race was put on by the folks at Virginia Adventures, this was the second race that we've done that they put on and as before it was a well put together...
