He was accused of sexually assaulting a minor, but it was consual and under UK law, it was legal too. But Marty didn't know her age at the time. So honestly, it's just Twitter never going into the evidence and details.

@The Quiver Dude, he had sex with a 16 year old girl while she was drunk. He didn’t run a stoplight. Yes, she lied about her age. And she deserves a lot of blame for doing that. But I’m never too careful. Even if I’m drunk, I can tell if someone looks too young to be in a bar. It’s not cancel culture. It’s holding people accountable for their bad decisions.

Allegations that are false because it wasn't sexual assault nor illegal because it was consensual, in the UK so legal, and he didn't know how old she was at the time. So yes, we are forgetting about the tantrum Twitter likes to do.

@Dustin Q. Diaz I wouldn't count out AEW. He was very close friends with The Elite, so if more promotions in America and the UK warm up to him, I feel Tony may be comfortable enough to sign him. Same with Brian Kendrick if he's allowed a second chance.
