Not the lack of clay. Never did I think that would ever be a problem. I always get way more clay than iron. Stone is kind of the eh, I can use it but it's' not as good as iron. And when it comes to wood, for me,, the regular wood is always the hardest to get and softwood appears way too much and hardwood is the middle of the road one. Yay Santa hat! Woohoo. Don't worry Lumi, your island will be a magical wonderland before you know it!

Thank you so much for the tour of your mother's island. It is so cute how proud you are of her beautiful island. I am 72 and I also do my dailies; change outfits every morning and change into pj's each night before shutting the game down for the night. Love to you and your mother. Good luck. My favorite in game glasses are the oval glasses too. I am most prone to wearing purple and pink though I usually have to wear other colors for the longest time. If they clash with my theme I may not be able to wear them in the DA, but I love those glasses.

I am in LOVE with the sitting room/plant room. Honestly the whole house... I love great interiors. Her whole island has such a nice natural feel, and laid out like a tidy park/botanical garden. I just deleted my first island that I spent a year and a half on, and I'm so excited to think of new possibilities for my next island. Im feeling pretty inspired right now! Edit: If she makes changes for winter, it would be fun to see her island again!

I'm behind, but I'm gonna assume you've figured by now that you only get festive DIYs from your villagers crafting in their houses. Frozen DIYs come from building perfect snow boys. I think you're past time to get the fall diys from the balloons. 😊

This is the most excellent video. I've been trying to get my mom on AC as well, but I'm thinking maybe she's still too young lol. I'm 21, and watching older folks playing makes my heart happy. I hope to play this game often in my life no matter how old I get and introduce as many people to it as I can. I even bought my close friend a switch and AC on black friday so she can start playing since she expressed it was on her radar LOL

This is so refreshing to see people still decorating their islands like how we all did when we first started playing! Nowadays we’re all doing crazy complicated themes (myself included as I’m working on an overgrown steampunk island atm). Wow! She did great!!! I am an elder also!! (77 ) We have really been given a gift with ACNH!! I have always been amazed by the quality of the graphics and the depth of this game!!! My son thinks I'm ridiculous because I am amazed at what he sees as "normal", but this was my first video game ever and I always think that if my dad was here, he would be flippin' out!!! He was nerd ahead of his time and loved stuff like this!! Anyhow, I have been playing for 4+ years and my island has had 3,050 dreamers at this point. I am surprised that people are interested in my little island!! I have 5 fully completed resident houses and lots of other shenanigans!! Lots of ideas here! DA-6318-3009-8254
