2024 AABRI Conference Presentation
The purpose of this study is to explore work modality perspectives of Generation Z traditional-aged college students, which may affect future workforce preparedness. A quantitative study was conducted with 926 research participants. Each survey respondent was enrolled in at least one university-level marketing course when the data was collected.
