Zakupilem pierogarke w IMS w lipcu 2014 do moich delikatesow na przedmiesciu Chicago. Nie rekomendowal bym nikomu ryzyka zakupu tej maszyny. Po dwa i pol roku prob zrezygnowalem. Instrukcja obslugi jest okropna. Spedzilem godziny aby dojsc do ustawien maszyny. IMS nie mowi konkretnie jakiej maki uzywac aby uniknac problemow jak pekanie ciasta w pierogach. Poprzedniej zimy firma wyslala serwisanta aby naprawic problemy mojej maszyny oraz innych maszyn zakupionych w USA. Wymienil jedno kolo zebate zeby pierogi byly bardzjej wypelnione ale naprawil tylko jeden problem. Inne problemy, jak pekanie pierogow i problemy z surowym, niedogotowanym ciastem, bez wzgledu jak dlugo pierogi sa gotowane pozostaly. Probowalem roznych mak (amerykanskie i polskie), roznych receptur na ciasto bez skutku. Wyglada na to, ze maszyna zmienia strukture ciasta, ktore potem pozostaje surowe of wewnatrz. Pierogi zrobione recznie z tego samego ciasta sa dobre. Adresowalem te problemy do firmy i w koncu zazadalem aby firma ja odkupila. Odmowili. Moja rada: trzymajcie sie z daleka of IMS i ich produktow!

Myślisz że wszystkie podobne maszyny do robienia pierogów są tak samo złej jakości? Chociaż mieszkam w Polsce ,zastanawiam się nad kupnem podobnej maszyny ale w chinach poprzez stronę internetową Alibaba. Nie stać mnie na kupno maszyny od firmy IMS,są bardzo drogie. Teraz po twoim komentarzu zastanawiam się czy w ogóle kupować podobną maszynę. Masz jakieś doświadczenie z podobną maszyną ale innego producenta nie firmę IMS. Jeśli mogę zapytać w jaki sposób znalazłeś w USA firmę IMS z polski. Dlaczego kupiłeś maszynę od firmy IMS,a nie kupiłeś podobną maszynę, ale wielokrotnie tańszą w chinach? Poczekaj... twierdzisz ze miales niedogotowane ciasto bez wzgledu na czas gotowania? Tzn ciasto bylo surowe mimo ze gotowales 10-15-20-30 minut? W jaki sposob jest to wina maszyny?
I purchased this machine in July 2014 for my deli store in Chicago suburbs. I would not recommend to anybody to take the risk of buying this machine. After two and a half years of trying to make the machine work I gave up. The manual is terrible. I spent hours to figure out how to make adjustments. IMS doesn't inform what flour to use to avoid problems like cracking in the dough. Last winter IMS sent a serviceman to fix the problems in my machine and other machines purchased by others in the USA. He replaced one gear to make pierogi more inflated. It fixed only one problem. Other problems, like dough cracking and problems with raw, uncooked dough, regardless of how long the pierogi were cooked. I tried many flours, many dough recipes and nothing worked Looks like the machine is changing the structure of the dough. Pierogi made by hand with the same dough are OK. I addressed the problems many times and finally requested repurchase of the machine by IMS. They declined. Stay away from IMS and their products.

What was their price for this machine? The company is not responding to my enquiry. Note that there are similar machines from Taiwan and China, which can be found on Alibaba.
