Wrapping up the fiberglass repairs. We’re going to enclose all of the openings on the firewall, and close all the miscellaneous holes throughout the engine compartment, and a litany of other little odds and ends.

Today we’re finally getting the bulk of all the fiberglass work done. I show you how I lay up all the bonding joints and start to shape the new fender contours. Still making progress 

I cut up a perfectly good set of aftermarket fender, flares to get the offset right where I want it. I have to rebuild and shape these fenders and I’ve never done it before. Warning, I’m obviously not a professional. It’s going to get ugly.

There’s another video making some progress on getting the fender, flares buttoned up. But we’re mixing up resin and we are laying glass.
