Love Joe and love Porch! Great ep!
Oh my God Lynn don’t lower yourself to these gross people. Some things you will not be able to get out of your mind. I know you are not perfect but this host is vulgar. He’s great if he would clean up his mouth.
John fogerty Billy givens kid Rock Eric Clapton it would be awesome if they all got together and then played the blues and made one hell of a CD that would be awesome
I wish that they could really happen Billy gibbons John fogerty kid Rock Eric Clapton I really wish those guys could come together and play and make a CD as those guys are awesome keep your health and keep playing music do you guys are also
ZZ top Billy gibbons I would like to see John fogerty Eric Clapton and kid Rock all performing their songs and blues I would like to put them bunch of guys on one CD I think that would be the coolest thing ever if they could just make that happen I think that would be the awesomest thing ever
I bet Dolly will be hiring you Leanne to be on a variety show! Y’all would be so awesome together!
Bill has worked out what 99% of guitarists never work out - AC/DC know how to play the gaps between chords.
I never liked grunge music. Way too depressing
POWERAGE!... They never topped it. Long live Bon❤
100% - Powerage is by far their best album.
Beating around the bush is the second best track that i only heard a couple months ago for the first time, crazy as a fan since thre 80s. Girls got rhythm is my fav track in that album, beautiful!
The closest thing they’ve got to a pu55y ballad is “you shook me” everything rocks & you never ever have to skip over any weak ass crap. The greatest! Edit: never heard of “love song or ride on” & I’m glad, still, their catalog is electric fist pumping, ass shaking Rock & motherfugggggin Roll!
On the first AC/DC album 'High Voltage' (Australian release), there is a love song called 'The Love Song'.
Flash and the Pan was the name of Vanda & Young's act though they spent most of the time writing and producing hit singles for other acts.
Pearl was married before?
In GUITAR MAGAZINE Angus and Malcolm said that when Bon died, they had been working on some of the riffs before Bon died. Bon had not written any lyrics yet, but he was privy to what was coming. Bon was writing about parties and sex, and Brian always wrote about cars, and engines, .......and sex. There is a clear line between the lyrics on Highway and Back in black.
Man this was awesome!!! I cover Bon era songs on my channel, and am doing a set of them this weekend. Bon wrote the best double entendres ever and sang with pure attitude and power. Long live Bon!!🍻
You should get a hold of ‘T.N.T.’ Their second Album proper (not released in the U.S.), it is perfection, I wouldn’t change the Tracklist one bit.
Totally agree!
Axl rose stepping in for brian i thought was just plain cool. You disagree? I dont give a fk. I thought it was very cool.
How do I get to bill. listen bro you are descrinng Queen.. acdc is nice, they have nice simple rock songs, I don't like the singer, I can't stand his voice, but ok, they are nice, they do have some registered rock hits, and that's that. simple riffs, nice drums, they just did one or two huge albums in america, where Queen failed to succeed in in the 1980s. that's why they are that remembered. but a great rock band that plays it in the highest level and shreds each time? It's called Queen. so does other bands like Led Zeppelin. acdc to me is smaller then U2 for example.
Queen had a lot of filler songs and albums that nobody gave a shit about, outside of the lgbtq community and when that movie came out. ACDC found a structure that works and have sold out every show since 1981. they right music for the everyman, queen came across as rock, and pop but trying to be classy. imo, Pink floyd was 10000% better than Queen, zepplin and U2 just suck. they have 1 album that people give a shit about. Radio play a couple songs both off the same album. Acdc fans aside, radio plays tracks off of at least 7 of there albums, and sometimes they play stuff off of Stiff upper lip.. so maybe. turn on the radio and you will hear, long way to the top, dirty deeds, highway to hell, back in black, for those about to rock, thunderstruck, stiff upper lip and those are just top of my head and all different albums
@@Podcastforthewin well I read just 2 lines and started laughing.. ok I guess your taste is that basic. ok enjoy
Your cussing is out of control and disrespectful.... I'm surprised Leanne stayed for the interview. She is a lovely Christian woman. But she is respectful. I hope you can cut it out, coz other than that, i enjoyed the show.
I’m not a prude nor a goody-goody shrinking violet , but I couldn’t believe his language here ! Rude as hell and clearly either isn’t in fact familiar with her comedy or just doesn’t respect her one bit ! I felt SO uncomfortable for her ! If you rewind and look at her reactions when he is raunchy it looks like she is also taken by surprise .
ACDC took the style of Mama live GTK by Billy Thorpe to the world.Mama is the greatest rock song ever
Mama is smoking!!
AC/DC is unpretentious pure joy.
Ken oath!! Check out my homages to him, I love the guys cheekiness and no bs attitude 🍻
Huh? He aint talking about the classic albums. He's missed 10 years of what made ACDC great and unAmericanised. That's when they got neutered so they were accessible and acceptable to white middle of the road Americans. ACDC, if you want to see and hear them kick arse, should listen to If you want Blood album and Let it Rock concert dvd. That's the real ACDC Tell me. Can any areshole do a podcast these days and call himself or herself an expert? Ffs. Btw ACDC are a boogie band. Get your facts right. Back in Black was the last great ACDC album The lyrics are Bon's. Those who know. Know. I've got nothing but and love and admiration for Brian. But that's not ACDC Then one day.....a few years ago I heard that Axl was fronting the band......on a throne.....with a broken leg Bullshit I thought. Malcolm wouldn't let that arsehole anywhere near the band. I was wrong. Completely wrong. First song I heard Axl singing live was Touch too Much One of my favourites And almost sounded like ACDC lol. Rattle any jail cells did I? Better check those tatts arent transfers lol. Gotta sort the tourists from the purists. Rip Malcolm.❤😂😮
Listen stop this nonsense, Powerage is their greatest album. Now you can fight over the rest, but remember Bon wrote all the songs and when he died so did the lyrics .
This 1000%
Powerage is rightly named. Ferocious!!
AC DC only recorded one ballad. Most people don't know it. I like to ask so called hardcore ACDC fans. Test them lol Ride On Rip Bon 2:38
What about Love Song ?
@@andrewdavies5835yeah you could be right - I'd never heard it. Probably was a song Bon wrote for Fraternity I'm listening to it now. Reminds me of someone I can't quite put my finger on..... maybe Stones Satanic Majesties musically. Not the vocals though. Thanks for the tip Here's one for you. When Malcolm was dying Angus played him Blue and Lonesome a lot. Put a smile on his face apparently. Rock on my friend
Flash in the Pan was George Youngs band after the Easy Beats.....they had a great album...check out the songs Walking In The Rain...and Where to now St Peter....
Thank you Mike, what a gift :)
Hands down the best episode yet! Bill Burr and AC/DC does it get any better than this)? Bills next chapter is touring with his kids in a band, be cool to see. Glad Josh has made it this far on the list! That red tie and blue tie party groupies get me every time ).
Damn, Burr really knows his AC/DC! Ironically, the name of the love song ballad he missed was "Love Song", an ode to Bon's wife.
He didn't know that Dirty Deeds came out in 76. Just saying....
@@napmanj9413yeah is Aussies got it earlier.
Lol, Bill looks like Frasier's dad in that episode where he thinks a pair of ladies glasses are for men...
These guys asked great hardcore questions in a loving way and got away with it, great job!..... Bill seems so relaxed and #therealbillburr
Spellbound is a great song, Bill. I love FTATR
It definitely helped kids growing up in the 80s discover the Beach Boys. I discovered them through my parents 45 record collection. I'm 51 I have loved their music since I was 6 or 7.
These podcasts are great. I don’t understand why they’re not getting more views.
2 hours with Bill Burr talking AC/DC, awesome!
Dope episode🤘🏻
"wHaT iS tRaCk sEveN?" This guy's got a lot of nerve talking to Kim Gordon that way. Pretty disrespectful imo.
Favorite thing
from a loyal, UK Floyd, floyd v2 and roger waters fan- this guy know his stuff wow, i've seen this guy speak before and his passion for floyd and the understanding of the the albums and history blew me away. Defo a stoner - he must be
Inspire? Lmao, the opposite. He stole and never gave credit
Girl be real 😂😂
Very interesting interview - thanks for sharing. The only issue I have is the audio sounds kind of harsh - maybe you could EQ or filter the audio to make the voices less piercing sounding? Other than that, great job!
This album expanded my teenage mind beyond grunge, revealing a rich world of diverse soundscapes and music. I still regard TDS as the standard that albums should try and achieve.
Sean preaching that lower Decatur life, love it
I don't know how old Wendy is but with all these stories of Bob Hope and Carson, she looks terrific! I enjoy this podcast from time-to-time fun thing you got going here. I'll go and scope out every song on the album to see what I've been missing out on. Pro tip: Never ever ever attempt to sing Bridge Over Troubled Water karaoke the first time you meet your new girlfriend's parents. Not a great look.
It would be great if these guys would quit talking so we could hear Otis Redding!
They say in the end it’s a wink of an eye. 😉
Quick question...are you Robert Downey Jr?
No surprise on Mr. R@pey D'Elia. What a toolbag LOL. His face is just so damn......r@pey!
I’ve been listening to a lot of episodes from this podcast and this episode is the one I was most excited for. One of the best albums of all time.
