To repair a garment, it has to be of repairable quality. Poor people buy poor quality, not to mention that the market is flooded with low quality anyway. We need to be reworking those garments more than repairing the better ones.

I've done this loose (with the loops flapping in the wind) many times, but pinning them for floral foam will keep them from unraveling as I work... Great hack. I may remove the pin and then insert the needle, just because that what I'm used to and I'm afraid that I may split the yarn with the needle, if the loop is still pinned to the foam base. 💞🌞🌵😷

Nice way to cover a stain, but I've also used this method to cover a snag or even a small mend (hole). 👍. 💖🌞🌵😷
