Can these be washed after painting? Do the paints need cured? How do I do that?

I hate the medium tip ones. Some of my colors don’t stream out consistently and I scratch the paper and I have to shake every 3 strokes to fill up the tip with paint.

I have some that I haven’t used in a couple weeks, I shake them for at least 45 seconds, and they still come out watery or don’t even come out. Am I doing something wrong!?! I bought them not even a month ago 😢

Now I am a jewelry creator and started a business as @ardelidesigns. I still use my paint pens on the polymer clay. I am so excited to put these to the test on clay!!!

My acrylic paint pens were not individually wrapped in plastic. Should I be concerned? Could mine be fake?

I just got the 0.7 tips but they were not wrapped individual, also they are not permanent which I didn't know. I tried going over them to seal them with a gel glaze but they smudged so I wouldn't buy again. Found some on amazon that are permenantly so I've ordered them

I love your products I own several sets but Posca never clogs and neither should yours...that's my biggest complaint with Tooli-art. I'll definitely use this method but I shouldn't have to either considering your competitors don't have this issue.

A new buyer here! Actually for the money this is a pretty good set. What sets Artooli apart from other companies is there great customer service, both before you receive your order and after! Who does that? So the colors are vibrant and the carrying case is very well made and a nice addition to this set -- actually it is THE reason why I selected this brand of dual tip colored marker pens. I tend to be somewhat obsessive about keeping my supplies organized and this was a homerun! The only downside fore me, which I knew going in, was that the name of the color(s) are not noted on the pen itself. A small, nitpicky issue, I know! But overall I would buy them again!
