Homemade pickles are great but don’t be so afraid of sodium it is a necessary electrolyte for your body I like to eat a couple pickles after I go for a run

Cacao powder comes from Cacao beans. It's the main ingredient in how they make chocolate. But the store bought chocolate has alot of stuff that's bad for ur body. So it's better to get chocolate chips thats semi sweet with the ingredient list saying Cacao powder and cane sugar [trader joes has it]
