Thank you. What I do in some stages is first buy over 60 years old risk factor. Then I wait for 50 bio points and then buy gastroenteritis, salmonella infection, Chrohn’s disease, and finally colon cancer.

I normally go for nervous first but it doesn't go to the er until like 10%

Hmm its the same strategy as mine...but mine is...first ill focus on any possible recovery,and then go for the risk factors....after all that,I will open all the cheap illness in all hes systems...then after finishing all that,I will again return to risk factors and recovery so even if he goes to doctor,or drink some pills...it will still take longer to recovery...If I max out all the risk factors and recovery or atleast evolved the major once...then ill go to the system parts and take my time to activate it all...Easy kill
