@rabidt8514 This workout was from one of my online classes that you can find on carliewilliamsfitness.com! In this video specifically I showed 1. Alternating front to side raises. 2. Diagonal dumbbell curls 3. Walking high planks 4. Side plank raises. I did these 2 rounds through in the time of 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off for as many reps in the 40 seconds.
