Even the NFL has proven that they made a mistake and destroyed all proof of it. Read Mike Florio article for more info. Brady was exonerated by federal judge Rick Berman on the proof that was presented to him by the NFL. The NFL suspended Brady on some sort of commissioner’s regent power from the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) that is why the initial judgement was overturned because Goodell had to resort to that to suspend Brady. When you look at the Wells Report which was mandated by the NFL they can’t come to the conclusion that he actually cheated. So if a commission mandated by the NFL cannot prove that he cheated , A judge cannot convict him on the proof presented by the NFL, You have to resort to extraordinary powers (that no longer exist because when the NFLPA saw the abuse that Goodell committed in the case of Brady they had it struck or very limited from the following CBA. Even an Eagles fan university teacher has proven that with the number provided by the NFL and the weather conditions on the field that day the ball pressure dropped because of a Physics phenomenon called the ideal gas law. I mentioned earlier a ton of debunked proof it you type deflategate is not true on RUclips there are tons of people who have replicated the drop in pressure by using freezers and setting them at the temperature on the field that day. The most funny part of all is Brady played better with the balls that were supposed to be at the right pressure than when he had the so called deflated balls. Also if it was so important play wise why did the NFL waited the to the following year to record the information and the deleted it once they found it incriminating.
