For 70 years Lifehouse has been dedicated to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are accepted, have a place in our community and are able to lead full lives. Our annual Great Chefs & Wineries event is a celebration of the people we support and the community that so graciously lifts us up. Each year, over 50 restaurants and wineries participate. Menus feature local flavors and innovative new creations inspired by diverse cuisines. Top chefs from around the Bay Area create culinary experiences like no other. Coupled with a world class live auction and spectacular live entertainment, we are honored to be awarded the best gala year after year.
