Hey Guys! Welcome to the first video on my new channel, where I check out a quite old phone that used to belong to my mom that I found in my Basement.
Uh...the galaxy S7 came out in 2016 bro. So it's 9 years old.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 that I used from 2017 to 2022. My phone developed some screen burn of the UI elements and keyboard, but you couldn't do much to prevent that on these early OLED screens. The battery also went downhill towards the end of it's life. When I last used it the software wasn't that outdated and I could use every app on Android 8. Many apps should still work today. You could probably even get a modern version of LineageOS on that thing and keep using it for another 3 years or so if it doesn't fall apart until then.
