hi gouys . sorry im late :[ well anyway greta is dropping tmr so good luck on yalls pulls ! since she's a baal replacement, just swap all your patterns and emblems from baal to greta as all the skills used by either are definitely interchangeable. i would rather you guys save your refine coins to optimize ur dps's patterns first before moving on to greta.

Her dmg reduction buff , is it 20% or actually initial 10% is increased by another 20% ( making it 30% in total)
It increases from 10% (lvl1, base 5 star) to 15% (lvl2, 9 stars) to 20% (lvl3, 13 stars). They are not additive, so the dmg reduction buff depends on the level of the skill4. At max 13 stars elsa, you will receive 20% dmg reduction buff.
