Well, sa Theoretical Framework, you need to establish the relevance of each theory to your study. Sa Conceptual Framework naman (if you have it sa study nyo), you will focus on explaining the relationship of thr variables.

Many of the researchers find that research instruments which have been validated and used multiple times are more sound compared to research instruments which are made from scratch.
