I feel your pain, I got an AOA Magneto and the waist joint snapped not two minute into him being out of the box after gently trying to articulate the torso into a pose. Upside was I ended up getting refunded for the inconvenience and now albeit glued back together a free Magneto.

The price point definitely hurts the wallet. I ponied up a pretty penny for Sagat. However, I was able to get Honda, Zangief, and Balrog on release, so it wasn't that bad.

I’ve built one of these before I built the Char one and for anyone who’s interested be warned your fingers are gonna hurt real bad on this one I highly highly recommend using tweezers for the pipes especially the ones on the waist

The only reason the mafex figures break is because people aren’t careful when they first handle it. They are so rough and basically force the joints when they are too tight. I have so many mafex figures and I haven’t had one break. Now they aren’t perfect sure but you just gotta handle them properly

I agree, mine came with a really lose torso, it could not even be posed like at all, i had to put a lot of the plastic that comes wrapped with the figure, and it helped but it sucked that it came that way

You frosted the hell out of the Char eye. My advice is to remove it and rub it out with rubbing alcohol. It'll take that lacquer based clear right off.

But McFarlane made it worse 😬 cheaper plastic, weird sculpt, weird texture, somehow worse articulation, worse quality control, and just worse quality overall, honestly if you’re really a fan of the Animated Series you should just spin a little extra and get the Mafex Animatee Series Batman and Joker which are the definitive version of these characters

The Zaku is what got me into Gundam as a whole. I love this mobile suit. I remember the all Zeon game on PS2. I can't remember the name at the moment but, damn was I happy AF to have gotten it. I think it might be something like Zeonic Front
