Engineers live at Glastonbury 2005 - One in Seven
With apologies for the distorted sound - the PA was too much for my bog standard video camera!
Discovered this footage while rooting through my hard drive. I loved Engineers from the off, and trudged through the Glastonbury mud to get on the barrier for their daytime set, which I think opened The Other Stage schedule for that day.
If you can get past the dodgy sound, you'll experience a band that were truly excellent live, playing a track from one of the lost gems on noughties music.

London 2012 - a generation is inspired!

Snatched a little film of my lad trying his hand at the javelin, complete with patriotic commentary, suggesting that maybe there is something to this "Inspire a generation" malarkey!!

Explosions in the Sky - my video for Welcome, Ghosts

This is a video I made for a competition run by EiTS' German promoters. Don't think it won, but I liked it! It's supposed to show the contrast between the wonder of nature and the man-made edifices of Las Vegas... Thanks to other RUclips users for their uploaded live videos which I ripped to appear in this film.
Jamie Lidell - live at Glastonbury

Jamie Lidell and his sidekick Pablo Fiasco had some fun in the Dance Village at Glastonbury in 2005. He makes his music up from sampling and sequencing his own (rather good) voice. This is a typical track...
Brian Wilson - Good Vibrations at Glastonbury

After a deluge of biblical proportions, the sun finally shone on Glastonbury 2005 for the legendary Brian Wilson. Here's Good Vibrations, and watch for the mad floating portaloo at the end!
Chas 'n' Dave at Glastonbury 2005

By special request of the wonderful eFestivals message board, here's the grand finale to the legendary Chas 'n' Dave set in the Acoustic Tent at Glastonbury. Needless to say the BBC cameras were nowhere to be seen...presumably chasing some talentless, NME-favoured rubbish like Babyshambles...

Glastonbury - The Movie

My personal document of the 2004 Glastonbury Festival - mud and all!
So happy I was there for such a special moment. I remember the flying tent - love that you caught it at the end!
Brilliant act, almost a telepathic connection between them
I was in there, I remember they had to turn people away from getting in as it was overcrowded. The atmosphere was joyous and fantastic and it was easily my best moment of Glastonbury that year.
Everything that it isn't now.
Pre woke Glastonbury. Today they would distance themselves from something so intrinsically English and working class.
This is proper musicianship......forget yer sam smith sh**e.....proper music!!
I was there 💚
❤❤❤❤ the crowds reaction says it all about these English Legends.
Who’s cutting onions 😢
Been to hundreds of gigs these at Skegness Embassy were up there . Even had a chat with Chas who was so pleased i enjoyed it , so down to earth
Wow I thought i had seen all their live footage. Thanks for uploading this!
Good Ole Chaz and dave
trop bon souvenir!! et voulzy en 1ere partie! et ce son!!! légendaire!
My all time favourite tune of theirs, saw them twice in 2005, both occasions they started with this beast, I'm in touch with Mark Peters alot these days.
Proper legends these two. Always have been, always will be 👍.
Listen to the crowd reaction....says it all!!
absolute Legends
Now that's what I call REAL talent!
I was there and it was one of the best live gigs I've witnessed . The love in that tent was phenomenal
Class , one time i saw them they did a Q&A half way thru ,
You can take your massive stages at Glastonbury, for me and my mates, these moments are what it's about, that tent was bouncing that day
what a proper legend. xx
Still one of my favourite videos on RUclips, oh yeah! Cheers uploader 👍
Some people have always looked at Chas n Dave as a bit of a joke act... Only real music fans will appreciate just how talented these two are/were. Two very accomplished musicians and writers.
Their history is worth exploring. A good BBC documentary about these guys is floating around, worth a watch
Daddy needs to train. 😂😂😂😂😂
This was Chas' favourite gig, i can now see why. Rest in Peace Chas x
Rest in peace chas you was a true legend on the ole jowwana

this is totally brilliant!! Love Brian, going to see him in September! but why are the words different?
Went to see them few years ago with mates in Whitley Bay all dressed up cockney style as a piss take, all felt bit embarrased whe we realised how talented Chas was - bloody good singer too.
