Hello friend, try to reset with its original firmware or try to disable the pip and see whether it works. or if you change your firmware from without window to with window try to redo the process afresh. @@Antopixypix Hello, first of all thank you for the quick answer. I reset it today. Pip is also off but somehow when I go to the firmware update page in settings it still says "Be careful when updating" in red as if Pip version was still active but it is definitely switched off. I don't see any window themes in the theme app either. I'll leave it like that for now and watch it. I thought when you reset the Windows theme resets to its default setting, is that normal? that it doesn't show up like that in the settings. Pip is definitely out. hmmm

@@KorgStation It might be hard to troubleshoot your unit. May be you can take a video of this behaviour and I'll try to find a solution

These Units come with the Original Android 10. The Android version higher than that is a fake the sellers use it to trick us by renaming it to appear like 13. I have seen very few units with higher Android versions but are a bit costly.
