    If there is no provision for sodium measurement at cation outlet,then increases in conductivity at fresh anoin outlet is also an indication that cation is exhausting.

    Sir 2 mw ka back pressure turbine hai is turbine me HP casing vibration har 16hours me rise hote rehta hai. Suddenly 0.35mills se increase hoke 3.50mills tak kabhi kabhi rise hota hai. Toh us time lube oil temp. Hamara 48 se 50 °c tak hota hai. Aur turbine load bhi normal hota hai aur inlet steam pressure bhi normal hota hai kuch bhi fluctuations na hote hue bhi every 24 hours me ekbar toh turbine vibration badhta hai. Us time ham casing drain open karte hai toh few minutes me vibration normal ho jaata hai. Kya reason ho sakta hai sir. Kya oil wedge hua hoga kya turbine rotor or bearings me. Yeh turbine 4 years se service nahi kiya hai yese hi chalate hai bas 1 mahine ka shutdown hota hai plant har teen mahine baad.

    Agar minimum water circulation nhi provide kiya jayega to Hotwell ka level maintain nhi ho payega Jo bhi set point hai Jiske wajah se turbine trip kar jayegi Eske karan minimum water recirculation provide kiya jata hai.

    But cooler bypass ka oil to sidha filter me jata hai vaha pe to filter dp fluctuate nahi hota. Cooler normally bypass rehta hai jab temp increase hoga utne time hi line me rehta hai.
