You actually have 180 days after your studies not 90 days to apply. But it is usually advisable to apply within 90 days when your study visa/permit is not expired.
If you didn't know before you moved here ,then you didn't do your homework and are a fool!
Really good to see you're back. Thanks for sharing your perspective
Thanks alot for taking your time to watch I appreciate you 🙏🏿
We missed you. Please post more often
That means a lot to me thank you. Was going through a rough patch but I have a lot to share now.
Thanks! I need listener word’s
Thanks for watching 🙏🏿🙏🏿
I agree, being polite is not the same as being friendly, however, I can guarantee if you need help, just ask! If you are looking for something to do, just ask? Small talk - hey is anybody going out tonight? Hey, does anybody like...? You will find people receptive and often more than willing to invite you along. We just like our personal space and don't always realize that you are lonely and don't have your own circle of friends. We will make friends easily but you will usually need to take the first step. Cheers
Thanks for watching this! I made this a few years ago and I can guarantee you that it's been quite the journey 😅 my perspective has grown for sure. Thanks again !
This is the most honest video I've seen on this subject. Thank you.
You're welcome thanks alot for watching!
17:01 - YES finally someone said this. This is why I watched the video. I visited Canada believing the stereotype that "Canadians are so nice" ROTFLMAO!! NO THEY ARENT! They aren't MEAN but they were not any nicer than anyone you meet in NYC. Most were impatient or cold like any other town. I witnessed a woman get randomly yelled at, got kicked off the bus for not knowing how it worked, got scolded by a woman at a restaurant for taking too many napkins and a bunch of other incidents! LOL. Their temperment is like everybody elses.
Haha thanks for watching !!!!
Thanks for the update. I remembered watching that first video and wondered if there was an update. Couldn't remember the name of the channel and luckily the RUclips algo came to the rescue. It's good to see things worked out. Onwards and upwards 🙌.
Wow thanks alot for watching! Yes, its been quite the journey and that first video sure does give me a good laugh from time to time
Congratulations 🎉🎊🍾🎈

What steps did you take to become a citizen? Also did you know someone? What areas in Ontario is good? Do you plan on staying there permenantly?

It's a scam you pay for the free healthcare and everything else free in taxes.
Thank you this is the most honest video I’ve watched.
All facts .go where your people all are .so called black people dont have a collective mindset .way to individual. Theres powers in numbers everyone else knows this .the only places for the negroe here in canada is toronto .no capping .everywhere else is wack .montreal blacks are mostly Haitian. Out west barley any .toronto is where its at .
Thank you for all those information! i
The health care is NOT free! We pay huge amounts of taxes for it, that said the health care system is falling apart. Yes it is very expensive now to live in Canada thanks to the tyrant Trudeau the absolute worst P.M in all of our history. Great video and factual on many levels.
From the 242 bro. Loved the vid. You was real
Respect bro!!🙏🏿
yes yes, headed for ontario for school end of next month. Niagara to be specific. Any experience there?@@abroadstateofmind5571
I am from the Caribbean and I have lived in Canada. What pisses me off about living in another country is that people from the Caribbean and other countries that move to countries like Canada and the US, they never tell you a concrete strategy you can use to become successful. For example they will tell you to go to Canada get an MBA and that's it, and leave out everything else. Essentially setting you for failure. The MBA strategy is like 30 years old. They should really be telling you to focus on lucrative careers that you can get into that offers you REMOTE WORK ONLY! Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, IT consulting. Anything that you can use to work remotely from the Caribbean and other places around the world. Instead after 15 years of struggling in Canada you will come across someone who will say something like "Wha Gwan!" "You know you should have become a cyber security engineer. They have tons of jobs man. You ain't heard." "Yeah pal, maybe you should have told me that 15 YEARS AGO WHEN I ASKED YOU!!!!"
Facts ❤
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂This guy is so unintentionally funny. “I’ll be honest. I was excited until I stepped foot in that airport. I never felt a cold like that…” “This thing right CHERE, this is not fashion. I got my gloves, my scarf, etc. AND IM STILL COLD.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I laughed so hard watching this. But anyway great points 😂😂
🤣🤣every now and again I watch this and get a good laugh at myself...thanks for the comment!
Congratulations bro
Awesome job bro happy you got it
thanks alot man!
Huh immigants have always worked 2 to 3 jobs. Parents were immigrants. I had to work 2 or 3 jobs and I was born in Canada. My part time day job, my weekend job, and my night job while I went to University. Until I earned the big bucks and then had to work 20 hour days and weekends. Good no longer had to work multiple jobs but one company, Mercer consulting, transferred me to Seattle from LA and said oh you earn too much now compared to our employees so I changed to an 8 hours day. They had many people now doing my job and I lost 1/3 of my salary but the silly people didn't know I was now making more money. I took up gardening and it was great because I got my health back. I had chronic bronchitis. You cannot work that many hours without paying the price. I was stuck in the US because I was married to someone from here. I would pick Germany if I still worked or went to University. My sister lives in Ireland and the weather is great but that country is seriously backwards compared to Denmark where my family comes from. Mom returned there with my sister when her health had issues. You never want to be sick in the US. A lot of people coming here (and everywhere like Ireland) are fleeing wars so I understand they are trying to stay alive. Not sure why anyone else would decide on the US. I followed a guy from the Ukraine who went to Calgary but he rented his home (he sold real estate) and went to India. Part of it is weather, part is cost of living and part is cultural. Some people go back to their country because it is really their kids who truly benefit from the move. The kids grow up in the culture, they speak the language perfectly, their education is in that country (different countries have different education systems any my mother's education was not recognized in America so she was cooking and cleaning when she got to Canada), and unlike some in the US they know hard work and how to save money. People who win the lottery are usually broke in one year. So watch some RUclips videos on how to hold onto and invest what you have. All immigrants seek out people from their culture to socialize so you get Italian neighborhoods in New York and an entire city can show this because at one time Seattle was 60% Scandinavian (weather and maritime industry, they built a lot of the housing). We get immigrants in waves like Russian, Cambodian, etc. and then you see new bakeries, restaurants, and specialty stores because the US government lets them buy their way in. I am a city girl and this means I don't know anyone. In a small town everybody went to school with others, families are married to each other, and everybody knows your business. My closest "friends" are the people I work directly with. Twenty years later we are not really friends, we might have eaten lunch a few times together and that might be it. I have a nice neighbor on one side (Cambodian), and we speak if we are both outside at the same time (so a few times a year). The other neighbor is evil (Japanese I think) and we will never speak. I joined a group of artists and we meet once a month and sometimes classes in someone's home. After years these people know me and they would be classified as "friends" even though they don't actually know me. I like being a hermit because I am used to it. So if I need help moving I hire it done. If I need a ride I hire it. This can be a serious problem if you are broke. Just like some women have the illusion that their husband is going to fix things in the house, or the car, and the reality is you are going to hire it done. So take the blinders off because very few of us have a support network, and if I have surgery my sister has to come from Europe which means during the pandemic I would have needed to hire someone to look after me while recovering. Comedians make fun of this change because when I was young you were happy when someone would visit and offer food and drink. Now most people are hermits and might pretend they are not home or they are too busy to join you. Then they watch TV, play video games and stay in their quiet, peaceful, stress free cave (we are tired). Instead of going to a gym we buy a machine for the house which will gather dust.
Oh yeah. I knew the accent right away. I love it here. Moved from Nassau in 1998!
As a Canadian, this video nailed it!
Thank you for sharing your experience! This is so helpful for me, I am moving to Montreal this fall wish me luck lol.
Informative video, thank you. 😊
IN CANADA YOU FREEZE YOUR ASS AND LIVE CLOSE TO HOMELESS.
Thank you for this video. I'm not really interested in moving to Canada at this time, but this is good advice in general 👏🏿👏🏿
Loved the minute and important points u covered 😅
