I am addicted to pain pills and finding it very hard to stop them. I also had a knee replacement but only needed crutches for 2 weeks, it wasn't too bad. Didn't help with the pills though! Thanks for sharing your journey it helps. .

im sorry, but i just cant see what you are doing. and the whole bring it in and bring it out doesn't make any sense to me. in and out of what?? definitely not very informative. its like you are telling yourself what you already know. Try to remember that this is a tutorial and people haven't tried this design before so you need to be a bit more elaborative when giving instruction, or at least show on camera... and what does 2 by 2 weave mean??? 2 what?? inches, milllimeters, wraps around each wire?? very confusing... but it is a nice ring.
