This is a Fallout 4 Yolo Survival play through using the Many a True Nerd "You Only Live Once" mod and ruleset (Perma-Death/No Heals) & the "Start Me Up" alternate start mod.
1/2 experience points via the Start Me Up mod. No experience points from crafting or building. No weapon/armor mods can be acquired via purchased/quest given Legendaries.

Mystery solved! It appears the depth stop wasn't put back in after getting the third function kit installed. My dealer sent me the part right away, so all is good.
My 2021 that I got a month ago has it.
I have a 2020 1025r and it does have the depth stop on it. Not sure why they would get rid of that.
